Attorney Dan Oberski is a Richmond area native and a graduate of Patrick Henry High in Ashland, Virginia. Dan later went on to complete his undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Virginia in 2009. After moving to Charleston, South Carolina, Dan began his studies at the Charleston School of Law, where he interned for the Hon. P. Michael Duffy in the U.S. District Court for South Carolina. Dan graduated from Charleston School of Law in 2013 and joined the South Carolina Bar, but soon found the familiarity of Richmond beckoning him back home to Virginia, so he passed and became a member of the Virginia Bar in 2014. Dan began his practice with PartnerJD, working as a contract attorney performing large scale E-discovery . In July 2016, Dan joined Ayers & Stolte where he focuses his practice on business entity formation, estate planning, and general civil litigation. Dan and his wife, Emily, live in Richmond and enjoy the exploring the city and its burgeoning restaurant scene.
